What are your modes of payment?

  • Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Unionbank, Metrobank)

What are your modes of delivery?

  • GoGo Express
  • LBC
  • Same Day Delivery (Grab | Lalamove)

How much is the shipping fee?

  • It depends on many factors including but not limited to, size, total declared value, weight of the package, and preferred mode of delivery.

Are the prices all-in?

  • Prices are exclusive of the local shipping fee which will be paid cash on delivery. Querencia will not collect payments for local shipping.

Can I still cancel my order?

  • As long as it is not yet secured, you may still cancel your order. You may send us a DM to confirm if your order was already secured.

Do you charge a late payment fee?

  • Yes. Late payment fee is 50 pesos for every 3 days from the due date. Example: Due date is on March 15, if you were not able to send the payment until March 15 and you send your payment on March 21, that's six days from the due date which mean 50 pesos x 2 = 100 pesos.

When will I receive the Order Confirmation E-Mail?

  • You will automatically receive an email upon checkout since it is system generated, however, a final invoice will be sent once your order is secured. The final invoice will include the due date, payment details and link to the payment form. Kindly check your inbox, spam folder, or promotions tab. Confirmation should come from querenciaph@gmail.com

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

  • It depends on the availability of the item/s. For on hand items, we pack your order/s within 1-2 days. However, for pre-ordered items, it may take 3-4 weeks from the date the box was picked up from our Korea address.

Do you offer box sharing?

  • No. This is because, the consol in Korea has a limited space and can only accommodate the GOs and pasabuys opened by QPH.

Do you also have FETA?

  • No. All boxes are shipped via sea cargo so please expect a longer wait time, usually 3-4 weeks. But rest assured that as soon as the box arrives, we will immediately sort and pack the items and ship all packages within one week from arrival of the box.

Can I pasalo my order?

  • Yes, but the item must already be paid. Send us a DM with the new buyer's details so we can update the record. 

Do you accept pasabuys?

  • Yes. Pasabuys from any group or non k-pop related items are accepted. Pasabuys are on a PAYO (pay as you order) basis.
