Reminders

  • If you are below 18 years old, please ensure that your parents' consent is given to you before ordering.
  • Refund/s will only be given in the case that you already sent your payment but QPH was not able to secure your order/s.
  • In the case of fansite/fanmade goods, if the fansite/supplier cancelled the production, we can only issue a refund if and once the supplier/fansite has provided the refund.
  • Querencia PH will not be held responsible for any delay or loss caused within the shipment. QPH will NOT be held liable for any defect or damage in shipment by international and/or local couriers. However, QPH will do its best to secure the items for you.
  • In case of badly damaged items, always try to take a clear video of your unboxing as proof for us to be able to investigate what happened, whether the fault is on our end or on the courier's side, so we can take the necessary action.
  • Customers are responsible in tracking their orders.
  • Delays may occur since the item/s will come from overseas. However, seller will make sure to process your order/s with respect to the posted/given schedule. Should this happen, we will appreciate your patience and ensure you that regular updates will be provided thru our website and social media accounts.
  • In case of Failed Delivery, we will only resend your package once you have sent to us the payment for the initial shipping (in case we get charged for it).
  • Querencia PH imposes their right to refuse to take in orders from buyer/s who are not able to display proper behavior while transacting with us.
