• If you have existing Weverse Cash on your account, we can use your wv cash to lessen the cost of your kit. You still have to pay the full amount first then the converted peso amount of your wv cash will be refunded to you
• QuerenciaPH will need your Weverse Shop credentials to purchase the membership for you (these will be obtained thru DM)
• We highly suggest that you change your WV Shop credentials first before providing them to us and change it back once we have successfully purchased the membership.
• Expect a DM from us as we may also need to verify details first before purchasing the membership

Membership Eligibility

- Renewal

     CARAT MEMBERSHIP holders with memberships from 60 days before to 30 days after the expiration date (365 days will be added to the number of days left on your membership on the day of renewal)

- New Member

     Members who do not hold a CARAT MEMBERSHIP or whose membership has expired 31 days or prior (Your membership will be valid for 365 days from the day of signing up)

3. Advantages for purchasing SEVENTEEN content on weverse shop (Pre-release, membership-only price, etc. Limited to certain content.)

4. Opportunities to purchase pre-sale tickets or participate in raffles for SEVENTEEN concerts (Details may differ by concert.)

5. Opportunities to apply for online and offline special events featuring SEVENTEEN (Events to be announced separately)

* The Membership Kit is an optional product that you can purchase separately.

SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL GIFT

If a Membership holder renews their Membership (from 60 days before the expiration date or within 30 days after the expiration date), they will be given special Membership renewal gifts in addition to "365 days added to their remaining Membership period."

* The special renewal gifts may vary by regional shop and Membership concept.

* The special gifts will be a badge and collectible content. You can check the special gifts you have received by going to Weverse More - "My Collection" ー Collection for the corresponding community.

* The special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed.

The membership purchased will be considered confirmed if:

1) Seven days have passed after you have renewed your membership

2) Membership benefits have been used (If you opened a membership-only content on SEVENTEEN weverse, purchased a membership-only merch, etc.)

Additional Information

1. You can purchase every available membership of an artist on weverse shop using a single weverse shop account.

2. You can see your Digital Membership Card immediately after purchase.

3. The concert raffle, early reservation, and open music show applications reserved for Membership holders will proceed according to their respective policies. Applications cannot be submitted on someone else's behalf. Any application that is found to violate the policy may be canceled, and your Membership benefits may temporarily or permanently be suspended if you violate the policy repeatedly.

4. The name you enter when purchasing the membership and the name on a valid ID must be the same to receive membership benefits. Make sure you enter the name as shown on your ID.

* What are valid forms of ID?

- For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card

* Your name cannot be changed once you purchase your membership. 

* Please check the notices for the performance or event to check the forms of ID required as well as the dates of your membership period.

5. Membership benefits are provided to members only and cannot be sold or transferred to others. If such an attempt is discovered, the membership will be rendered invalid. (Family, friends, etc. cannot receive membership benefits.)

6. Both the digital and physical Membership Cards can be used to receive Membership benefits. (However, note that the physical card will only be provided as part of the Membership Kit)

7. Refunds can be issued within seven days of purchase. However, refunds cannot be issued if any part of the membership benefits have been claimed, such as:

* Accessing members-only content on weverse after purchase

* Purchasing members-only products such as the Membership Kit

* Participating in ticket reservations or events reserved for membership holders

8. You will be eligible for renewal benefits if you renew your Membership within 60 days before it expires or within 30 days after it has expired.

* If you have a membership for one artist from more than one weverse shop, the renewal period of each membership varies depending on the respective purchase date of each membership.

9. If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered. Also, you will no longer have access to membership-only benefits.
